When you play, especially in multiplayer rooms, we may process:

• an anonymous technical user ID;
• an optional temporary manager name;
• room code and room membership;
• bids, purchases, squad, lineup and result;
• connection and activity timestamps;
• basic technical and security logs.

• No email, phone number or password is required.
• There is no chat.
• No advertising profile is built.
• No analytics are planned at beta launch.

• Waiting and active rooms close after one hour with no human activity.
• Completed games close immediately to new play and joining.
• The result stays available to its managers for up to one hour.
• Room and game data then becomes eligible for cleanup. Cleanup runs as part of normal service activity, so eligible data is not guaranteed to be deleted at the exact moment it becomes eligible.

The anonymous identity used to play can remain with our authentication provider after room cleanup. There is currently no self-service way to delete it; email info@boltgrowthacademy.com if you want to ask about it. Technical logs are kept by our providers under their own retention settings.

Information stored in your browser stays there until you clear it. See Cookies and storage.

The game is hosted on Replit. Supabase provides the backend, anonymous sign-in and realtime room updates. They process data on our behalf to run the game.
